The corrugated paperboard production line has a complex structure. Production requires corrugated paper, temperature, adhesives, and speed to be synchronized. If a link goes out of control, quality problems will inevitably occur. At the same time, in the production process, the technical parameters, process design, quality inspection and other aspects of corrugated board are very strict. The qualified corrugated board can ensure the compressive strength and the ring pressure strength of the corrugated box and plays a role in the product packaging. Important role. The following is a detailed discussion Cut Off Machine of how to deal with the several quality problems that occur in the production of five-layer corrugated paper.
First, the height of corrugated cardboard
Corrugated board often encounters high and low defects in production. If it is not processed properly, it will directly affect the adhesive strength, compressive strength and flat compressive strength of corrugated paper, and it will also have adverse effects on printing. According to the causes of high and low defects to take the appropriate solution: 1 corrugated paper moisture too much or too little, you should increase the warm-up area or increase the amount of spray; Corrugated part of the damp, you want to replace the web. 2 In the high-speed operation, the roller may vibrate or there is debris in the grate groove, which will affect the forming of the corrugation. When the pressure of the corrugating roller is uneven, the roller itself is worn, and the bearing is seriously damaged, the roller and the bearing should be replaced in time. 3 When the corrugated paper runs unevenly during operation, increase the tension on the roll or replace the roll. 4 The gap between the guide plate and the roller is too small, or the guide plate is deformed. There is adhesive on the guide plate, which makes the operation of the corrugated paper obstructed and elongated. The gap between the guide plate and the roll must be adjusted, and the adhesive should be removed or replaced. Guides.
Second, "seesaw" like corrugated cardboard
"Seesaw" shape is caused by the physical defects of corrugated cardboard paper, liner paper and core paper. It shows that the surface of cardboard is not flat and taut, but fluctuates with the outline of tongue and groove, and is shaped like a seesaw. To solve this kind of problem, the following aspects should be applied: 1 When using a thinner, lower weight liner, pay attention to reduce the gap between the roller and the rubber roller to reduce the amount of glue applied. 2 To prevent the pressure of the tip of the tip and the backing paper from being squeezed, the excess glue is squeezed out and adhered to both sides of the tip of the tip, forming a much wider glue zone on the gutter than actually required. The shrinkage shrinks as the glue dries. The liner is pulled down on both sides of the tip, resulting in a "sawboard" shape. 3 Note that the fiber direction of the paper should be parallel to the corrugation direction. 4 The worn corrugating roller and tip radius increase, and the Automatic Paper Stacker prominent corrugated fiber will absorb more glue, resulting in a "sawboard" phenomenon. The corrugating roller should be replaced.
Third, corrugated cardboard, glue off or poor adhesion
The reasons for this phenomenon are more complicated. Based on the author's practice over the years, it can be summarized as follows:
1. If the base paper is too wet or too dry, the adhesion effect will be affected, and the moisture in the base paper will cause blistering or degumming. Should be adjusted by increasing the warm-up area or reducing the amount of spray.
2. The wear and deformation of the guide plate, the clearance between the guide plate and the lower roll are too small, and the formed corrugated paper cannot pass smoothly, resulting in degumming.
3. The temperature of the roller, pressure roller and heat roller is not enough. Check the pressure. If the Corrugated Machine pressure meets the requirements, check whether the steam trap fails.
4. Whether the adhesive ratio is made according to the process requirements. In addition, check the condition of the equipment, such as whether the stirring blades in the reaction tank are deformed, loosened, or the mixing time is appropriate.
5. The rubber supply valve is small, the rubber material is insufficient, or the rubber plate is not fixed with bolts after the rubber plate is lifted, and the rubber roller is not in contact with the glue liquid; sometimes the vehicle speed is very slow, and the plastic supply valve is still opened very large, causing the glue liquid circulation to change excessively. Thin, poor adhesion.
