5.9 Installation of multiple machines
The above mentioned are the installation of a single machine. If multiple machines are installed in a workshop, how should they be put in place? There are many factors that need to be considered for the installation of multiple machines. The following is a detailed analysis of possible situations.
(Figure 5.19)
1. Installation of multiple single and double color machines
Due to the short body of the single-color and double-color machines, the selection of their positions is relatively flexible, but there are two principles that must be observed: ① If the machine's longitudinal direction is parallel to the operating surface, the operation of the machine Face to the corridor; ② If the machine's longitudinal direction is perpendicular to the workshop corridor, the paper feed section is to the corridor. Because most of the workshop corridors are located in the middle of the workshop, there are only two situations where the machine is in place: ①If the space on both sides of the middle corridor is 4-5m longer than the machine longitudinal direction, the machine longitudinal direction should be perpendicular to the workshop corridor, The paper feeding part is facing the corridor; ② If the space on both sides of the middle corridor is less than 4m longer than the longitudinal direction of the machine, the longitudinal direction of the machine should be parallel to the workshop corridor, and its operation surface should be facing the corridor.
(1) If the paper binding of the machine is facing the corridor, the installation of each machine should be the same as the installation of a single machine. Since two adjacent machines have an operation surface corresponding to a transmission surface, the distance between them should be based on the space occupied by the operation surface. The operation of the transmission surface of another machine can be in the upper space Do not reserve space for it, that is, the distance between the two machines should not be less than 2-3m, if possible, the distance should be as large as possible, the side wall of the original workshop of the agricultural paper section should not be less than 2n The distance between the paper feeding part and the workshop corridor should not be less than 2m, the distance between the driving surface of the machine on the side and the wall poppy should not be less than 1.5m, and the top of the machine should not be less than 1m from the ceiling.
(2) If the operation surface of the machine corresponds to the corridor, the adjacent two machines should be opposite the paper receiving part of one machine and the paper binding part of the other machine, and the distance between them should be The occupied space shall prevail. However, because the utilization rate of the paper drawing part is relatively high, in addition to using the space occupied by the paper receiving part, a certain dedicated space should also be reserved for it. Therefore, the feeding position of the two machines and the paper receiving part are between The distance should not be less than 2.5m, and the distance between the transmission surface of the machine and the wall should not be less than 1.5m. The distance between the machine's operating surface and the workshop corridor should be less than 2m.
(Figure 5.20)
2. Installation of multiple multi-color machines
Due to the long body of the multi-color machine, in most workshops, the longitudinal direction of the machine should be parallel to the middle corridor of the workshop, that is, the operation surface of the machine corresponds to the corridor. However, in some larger workshops, the distance between the middle corridor and the two side walls may be greater than 4-5m. At this time, the longitudinal direction of the machine should be perpendicular to the workshop corridor.
3. Mixing of single, double and multi-color machines
For the installation of this type of hybrid model, the main consideration should be the problem of paper handling. From the perspective of pulling paper, it is obvious that the operation of the machine is most convenient when it is facing the middle corridor. The distance between two adjacent units is the same as described above.
