Single-sided machine

Operation procedure: Before starting the machine, carefully inspect each steam pipe and steam valve for leakage, and add the specified model of lubricating oil or grease to each lubrication part. According to the specifications of the paper specified in the production notice, the web should be correctly installed on the shaft-free bracket. There is a positive and negative difference in the paper, and the corrugated paper can be used at will. Open the steam valve, start the main motor, run the single-side machine slowly under no pressure, and put the glue into the rubber pan. When the steam pressure rises to the technical requirement of 8kg~12kg (the corrugating roller temperature is above 1600°C), input The base paper runs the single-faced machine slowly and uniformly, opens the pressure valve of the corrugating roller and the pressure roller, and delivers the single-faced corrugated cardboard to the flyover. Before closing the class, reset the sizing roller, close the compressed air valve and heat source, open the helium-pass valve to discharge the remaining steam and condensate in the purifier, lower the speed of the single-sided machine and let it idle, and use the clean water to transfer the sizing roller. The paddles and paddles are cleaned, and the paper scraps and charred puddles on each roller are removed. Before the temperature of the corrugating roller is lowered to 1000°C, the machine can be shut down to maintain the equipment and site hygiene. There should not be too much single-sided corrugated cardboard stacked on the overpass. Flyover

Operation procedure: Apply oil to each rotating part, accurately penetrate the single-sided corrugated cardboard output from the single-side machine into each paper guide roller in order, and send it to the triple preheater; then the two-layer cardboard paper The device is aligned up and down and adjusted to be slightly wider than the cardboard. The left and right displacements are determined according to the vertical cutting specifications. After the production is normal, the side baffle is clamped and the tension of the single-layer corrugated cardboard is adjusted to accurately align with the operator. The edge of each layer of paper; Correct the skewed direction of the single-sided paperboard, single-sided cardboard at the end of each product passes over the bridge; guide the paper holder, and control the length of the paper, avoiding the single-sided corrugation of the dryer Misalignment or length error of the cardboard tail and face paper tail is too much waste.

Operation procedures: Before starting the machine, check carefully whether the various electric appliances and steam valves are normal, and add the specified lubricant to each lubrication part and the chain sprocket, and then open the steam valve of each preheater, according to the number of layers of production paper, in the corresponding Put the glue in the plastic disc, adjust the clearance between the floating roller and the sizing roller to be 0.2mm smaller than the thickness of the single-sided cardboard to be passed, and the gap between both ends should be even and equal, and install the required surface on the shaftless bracket. The paper requires that the noodle layer is down. After starting the machine, observe whether the sizing amount is appropriate. If it is improper, adjust it. After the single-sided cardboard and noodles are delivered from the triple preheater, pass through the preheating roller, the sizing roller, and the single sheet. Align the cardboard with the front paper and send it to the hot plate. At the same time, observe whether the glue amount is normal and check whether the glue is evenly distributed on the tile roof. After the production is completed, lift the ballast roller, close the valve, release the glue in the plastic disc, clean the rubber roller, clean the plastic disc, turn off the heat source, open the valve, let go of the remaining steam and condensation in the machine, lift Lift up the conveyor belt and remove debris, keep the equipment and the site clean.

Cross cutting machine

Operating procedures: Check carefully before tightening the fastening screws are loose, whether there is an abnormal knife and sipe, pressure line, whether the paper conveyor belt deviation, through the inspection and timely removal of hidden dangers. When changing the blade of the slitter (bowl blade), check whether the thickness of the blade is consistent and inconsistent. Check whether there is dust and scale on the blade holder. If there is any, remove the blade completely before loading the blade. The blade may be damaged, or the upper and lower blades may not be brought close to create a gap, so that the edge of the produced corrugated cardboard has a burr, and the depth of the bite of the upper and lower blades should not be too deep.

Operation slitting thin blade machine, especially changing gauges, adjusting gauges, moving tool holders should be operated according to the program, pay attention to the direction of the cutting edge, when replacing the slitting blade, due to the thin knife (also known as carbide cutting knife), has a high The wear resistance, hardness and brittleness, and correct use can improve the cutting effect of corrugated board and prolong the service life of the blades. On the other hand, it is very easy to cause the blade to break. Take special care to prevent the blade from hurting the human body.

For mechanical cross-cutting, when adjusting the cross-cutting length of the corrugated board, attention should be paid to the control requirements of the speed regulation. Taking the model with a design speed of 120 m/min as an example, the machine speed must be run to 40 m/min. Above can adjust the specification, otherwise the machine will run normally, the crosscutting length will have a big error, and it is difficult to adjust. For the computer automatic cross cutting machine, only the relevant cross-cut parameters can be input into the machine.

Strictly adjust the slitting and cross-cutting specifications according to the rules and regulations. Verify the accuracy and then start the machine. Corrugated board output and stacking

During the production process, the adhesive viscosity, paste point, and especially the adhesive temperature of the adhesive must be monitored during the summer to ensure that the adhesive quality parameters in the production process are always in the best condition.

During the production process, attention should be paid to the changes of steam pressure and compressed air pressure at any time to ensure that the required temperature for production is normal and the pressure of the compressed air is normal.
